The terminal wire form seen in the image was manufactured for sensors used in the automotive industry.
The terminals were formed from copper alloy wires with a thickness of 0.082”. We were able to achieve tolerances of 0.001” as the entire tooling was designed in-house using AUTOCAD. 25,000 terminal wire forms with chamfered ends were delivered to the client’s location in California within 30 days.
