Keats was approached by a cable TV box manufacturer to stamp and plate custom copper heat sinks.
We stamped the 1 million, .025″ thick heat sinks and then barrel plated them with a bright tin plating. The 1.350″ long, .755″ wide and .515″ high, #110 copper sinks were then delivered to Mexico.
